Join us on July 22 when we present A Tribute to Horace Silver. A special show by The Horace Silver Project, a quintet organized by internationally known jazz pianist Phil DeGreg featuring trumpet player Mike Wade, pays homage to Horace Silver, NEA Jazz Master, Downbeat Lifetime Hall of Fame member, co-founder with Art Blakey of The Jazz Messengers, and composer of many classics, including Song for My Father (voted into the Grammy Song Hall of Fame, ranked among the twenty most influential hard bop recordings of all time).
The afternoon begins at 1:00 pm with a pre-concert reception with free lite bites by the BonBonerie, artist demonstrations and cash bar. Show starts at 2:00 pm.
General admission seating is $25 in advance/$30 at the door. Concert Hosts receive VIP reserved seating for two, two drink tickets and recognition in the concert program for $100.
