My Side of the Story: Villains, monsters & tricksters tell it their way!

Ages 5-8. Instructor: Justin McCombs.
Week 6: July 11 – July 15
Tuition: $190 or sliding scale

We all know the classic hero story: a dashing prince or daring princess beats the villain or monster just when it seems all hope is lost. But what if that’s not all there is to the story? In this storytelling camp, we’ll explore the “bad guy’s” experience. We’ll build trust and confidence through movement and focus games, explore “point of view” in story telling, and we’ll make masks and props to help us tell monsters’, villains’, and tricksters’ side of the story. 

All participants are asked to complete and submit a Media Release.

Sliding Scale Tuition Rates: Kennedy Heights Arts Center strives to make the arts accessible to everyone. Sliding scale tuition rates are available, and range from 10%-65% of the full tuition based on household income. CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another course if the student withdraws at least five days prior to the beginning of the course.
