Ricci Michaels is an award winning artist, poet, musician, and proud Navy veteran who has been creating art for over 40 years. Her work has been exhibited in numerous galleries and museums around the globe including Australia and Iceland. As an artist, she feels like it is her duty to cast a light on dark subjects, her social injustice pieces set the tone for an open and honest conversation about the world and the climate of today. She is also the president of The Urban Expression 101 Project an organization that brings Art to People and People to Art.
