Winter Watercolor Discoveries

Leave your fears behind as you explore the wonderful yet often misunderstood medium of watercolors! In this class, you’ll have the chance to work with watercolors in both traditional and unconventional ways, gaining comfort with the basics like different types of watercolor paper and painting in full color using just three primary colors. Experience the unique techniques that only watercolors can offer while creating artwork that reflects your individual style and ignites your creativity.

Returning students will focus on composition and completing artworks, while also discovering new papers suited for various projects. The final class will feature presentation practices, including matting, mounting, framing, and preserving your finished pieces.
