Rap and Poetry Lab

Ages: 10-13
Tuition: $215 or sliding scale

Students will explore creative writing through poetry and rap. In each class, we will study a contemporary musician, examining the message behind their work, rhyme, and other literary devices. Students will have opportunities to participate in group discussions and both individual and group writing activities as they develop their unique voice to share with the world.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another course if the student withdraws at least five days prior to the beginning of the course.

All participants need to complete and submit an Emergency Contact and Photo Release. Completed forms can be emailed to classes@kennedyarts.org or dropped off in-person at KHAC.
