Clay Hand Building Summer Workshop – POSTPONED

Age 14-Adult. Instructor: Lynne Gibb.

 

Our kiln will be up and running for one week this summer! Come join our Clay Hand Building one week summer workshop to jump in on the fun! We will instruct you in the three basic hand building and forming methods: pinch, slab and coils. Glazing will also be covered. Students will have the opportunity to make functional and sculptural pieces of ceramic art. All skill levels welcome. All materials and firing included with workshop tuition.

 

 

Tuition: $135 or sliding scale ($13.50-$87.75)

 

 

SLIDING SCALE: Kennedy Heights Arts Center strives to make arts accessible to everyone. Sliding scale fees available for those in financial need. Click here to download an application. Completed applications can be emailed to bethany@kennedyarts.org or dropped off in-person at KHAC. Upon receipt, Bethany will provide the appropriate discount code for you to enter at checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another course if the student withdraws at least five days prior to the beginning of the course.

All participants need to complete and submit an Emergency Contact and Photo Release. Completed forms can be emailed to bethany@kennedyarts.org or dropped off in-person at KHAC.
