Workshop #7: Seat-Weaving
Sunday, May 15 @ 12pm – 2pm

This kid-friendly event will have us weaving batik and Ankara fabrics into the seating frames for the gazebo. We will also do fabric weaving using an array of different materials and colors to make our own KHAC-custom fabric that will be used to cover our seat cushions.

Lastly, we’ll be putting the finishing touches on our fruit ‘trees’ that will decorate the gazebo area. Handsewn and crocheted fruits and vegetables will need your special touch to add color and leaves to them!
