Ages 12 – Adult. Instructor: William Linthicum. Designed for continuing as well as new students, each week will provide the opportunity for independent work as well as instruction in watercolor basics. As the series continues, workshops will introduce all students to a wide range of watercolor-specific special techniques and processes that each student will practice and then elect to use in their own work or not. Beginners will learn about the tools and techniques or proper color theory – exploring values, shades, and hues. Students with experience will learn about composition, glazing, adding textures, and masking. Supply list available upon registration. No previous experience required. All skill levels welcomed!
