Young at Art Workshop Series for kids offers diverse opportunities, from painting to fiber art- for young artists looking for ways to continually nurture their creativity. The classes are led by professional artists and promote creative community, and artistic discoveries.

Henna Tattoo
Discover this ancient art of adorning the human body. Children will learn how to make Henna Paste from 100% natural materials. They will learn about traditional Henna designs. Finally, the instructor will make a Henna tattoo for each student.

Mosaic Magic
In this class the students will create a beautiful faux Mosaic Art Collage.
In this fun class students will be able to stretch their imagination and creativity, using materials such as colorful paper, magazine clippings, patterns, pictures, and found objects. Afterwards the students will have fun using a magical technique to make their art piece transform to look like a ceramic Mosaic Art Collage.

Have you ever wanted to design your own house or room? Come learn how to create your own room/ house/ playground- we will be using recycled materials to create your very own space!

A Perfect Block Print
In this class, children will use ready-made Indian motif printing blocks. They will plan their own designs and make prints using acrylic paints. Everyone will be able to print six to eight greeting cards or a cotton bandanna.

Release Your Inner Zen with Zentangle
Zentangle is an easy and fun way to create beautiful patterns. Students will learn how to combine dots, lines, simple curves, and circles to draw patterns called “tangles.” Coloring and decorating their tangles will be the final step.
