Celebrations with heART

Create the fun! Looking for a unique, fun experience for all your guests that deepens the significance of your special occasion – and will make it one to remember?

With Kennedy Heights Arts Center’s Celebrations with heART, you and your guests will participate in a one-of-a-kind, 90 minute activity, created and led by artists, while celebrating in KHAC’s Lindner Event Center. Choose from signature arts experiences in visual art, dance or music. Our professional artists will work with you to customize the activity to fit your special occasion.

Whether you are playing African rhythms on hand instruments at your birthday party; making a giant mandala with your coworkers to build and inspire teamwork; or creating wearables with simple materials in a fashion challenge with friends at a girl’s night out, Celebrations with heART is not about being a spectator in the audience. It is about participating in an authentic arts experience that brings people together and celebrates life’s important events.

All activities are suitable for all ages and ability levels – and easy to do! No experience necessary!

Artist Studios

We do not have any studio spaces available at this time. If you would like to be added to our waiting list, please send your email address and phone number to ellen@kennedyarts.org.

Kennedy Heights Arts Center has private studio spaces for rent. The gorgeous artist studios are housed in the newly renovated KHAC Lindner Annex, located at the corner of Montgomery Rd. and Kennedy Ave., just two doors down from our main facility. Become a part of this vibrant, emerging arts district! Ranging in size from 250 – 650 square feet, all studios have modern amenities and affordable rates. All proceeds benefit the Kennedy Heights Arts Center.

The Lindner Annex Studios’ services include:

• 24/7 access to studio space
• Free access to wireless internet
• New HVAC system
• Natural light – each studio has a window or sky light
• Gallery space to show work
• Opportunities to participate in arts events with KHAC
• Security system and safe area
• Ample free on-site parking
• Handicap accessible
• Central location with easy access to I-71, Norwood Lateral and Cross County Highway

Studios range in size from 250 sf to 650 sf. Rent is $1.20 per square foot per month with a one-year lease. Utilities are included.
