Week 4: June 27 – July 1
Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm daily
Tuition: $190 or sliding scale

Learn to use creative writing and visual art to make an impact and build community! Explore how lyricists dive deep into important subject matters by analyzing the lyrics to their most meaningful songs. Hone your own artistic voice on subjects that matter to you through experimentation with classic, contemporary, and spoken word poetry styles, and explore how visual art practices such poster-making can influence change! 

All participants are asked to complete and submit an Emergency Contact form and  Media Release.

Sliding Scale Tuition RatesKennedy Heights Arts Center strives to make the arts accessible to everyone. Sliding scale tuition rates are available and range from 10%-65% of the full tuition based on household income. CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another course if the student withdraws at least five days prior to the beginning of the course.

COVID SAFETY:  Updated March 16, 2022 Based on the current CDC guidelines and the recent decline in positive COVID-19 cases across our region, Kennedy Heights Arts Center announces these changes to our health and safety protocols.  Effective March 19, 2022, guests will no longer be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test certification to attend performances, and the wearing of masks in our facilities will be optional. This announcement comes after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) publication of its latest guidance on COVID-19, which is based on hospitalization data and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area. Hamilton County, Ohio is currently categorized by the CDC in the “Low” COVID-19 community level.
