Musical Stories Around the World
Ages 5-8. Instructor: Jennifer Melms.
Week 7: July 18 – July 22
Tuition: $190 or sliding scale

Using fairytales and folktales from America and around the world, children will retell the story, using song and chant, movement, acting, Orff rhythm instruments, Boomwhackers and more.  Campers will learn how to do beginning composition to put together their storytelling. Campers will share a performance on the last day. 

All participants are asked to complete and submit a Media Release.

Sliding Scale Tuition Rates: Kennedy Heights Arts Center strives to make the arts accessible to everyone. Sliding scale tuition rates are available, and range from 10%-65% of the full tuition based on household income. CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another course if the student withdraws at least five days prior to the beginning of the course.
